Michelle,

Up to 200 ng/dl  is theoretically okay for a girl at the Tanner Stage 4 of puberty (when periods start).  But Taty is not yet at Stage 4, so for her the acceptable range would be lower.

Whether someone should be held in tight or loose control is not always a black and white issue.   An endo may want to keep someone who comes late to diagnosis, with a very advanced bone age, slightly on the oversuppressed side; while the standards for someone who has chronically been overtreated might be a bit more liberal.

What is Tatyana’s bone age?  Is there any reason why her doctor might purposefully want to keep her under very tight control?
