Anne-Marie - sorry to hear that Ashley isn’t feeling well - I’ll have my class pray for him tomorrow (I teach at a Catholic School). The ear thing is the weirdest. I had cortisone drops I used to use too - I need to get my prescription refilled. It worked like a charm! I have now successfully gone to taking .325 a day of Dex (down from .5 one day and .325 the next) it was  hard at first - but I feel ok now. The next step is trying it earlier in the day (the am thing). I slept in so much on my vacation (I had Weds - Sun off) that it through things off as far as med times - I didn’t take them until around 10:30 am) It will be interesting to see how things go.
