Well his coughing has got no better and I have had him on 80mg per day for 5 days.  He keeps vomiting first thing in the morning after a coughing fit because of the flem etc. 

It’s only today that he seems to be getting less nasal symptoms or head cold symptoms.  That is the second head cold this year that has affected him like this.  I dropped down to normal dose today to see what happens as he has been on the dose quite a while and he said he felt hot last night--so I was worried about blood pressure etc.
