It could be that the doctors do not know to test for CAH.  I even went to a uroligist to get my son checked out when he was one and a half and had to force him to send us to see an endo.  One of the things to look out for  with male cah kids, I think, is larger than normal genitalia and early hairing.  I don’t think it is just the sickness or height.  I don’t know for sure, but my son had the early pubic hair as well as the large body size.  Good Luck, keep us posted.
