In a nut shell...no.  As far as I knew it is all down to the parent to educate their CAH child about their condition and the protocol around emergencies.  I mean we can advise the school what to do, but so far no one has ever taken it upon themselves to tell Ashley my son.  I think they assume that parents will do that.
