"She has published the results of the first two years admininstration of GH to CAH children with advanced bone age in a peer reviewed journal (Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. 86(4):1511-1517, April 2001.)"

The only thing that would impress me is a study done for 15-20 years in more than 30 children whom ranged in diagnosis originally from 3 yrs to 8 yrs whom had had bone ages advanced by more than 5-10 yrs whom had reached their FULL height potential and whom had no physical side-effects from the Gh therapy i.e. acromegaly or any other such side-effects associated with too much GH over a certain period of time.

The study or draft that has been done is only two years old and either consists of children who had not advanced that much in bone age but whom have completed growth now.  OR it has been done on the whole group of children and they have not all completed their final height potential yet.  There is nothing impressive to me about either of those scenarios as one group have some considerable time to go and the other group perhaps may not have grown any less had they not received GH treatment.
