Hi Margaret,

Thanks for your response. I guess I was just wondering why he ended up so much shorter than his predicted height but oversuppression will do it, I guess. My son is 17months old and is a SV. He is seen by his endo every 3 months (only because I pushed it) otherwise we would be seen every 6 months. I want to make sure that I do everything I can to make sure he gets to a good height. I am also 5’6" and my husband is 5’10".

You say your son was oversuppressed when he was younger. How long was he oversuppressed before you realized it and was it due to the endo not seeing your son often enough?  Not that you didn’t do what you thought was best for your son, but if you could do it over, what advice would you share to us that are just starting out?

I am glad to hear that he is dealing with it all well. If you raise them with a sense of self worth and confidence, I guess it doesn’t matter if they are 5’2 or 6ft tall!

Thanks again,

Sandra
