Anyone out there have a child who took Lupron for precocious puberty and then go off the Lupron only to experience seemingly delayed puberty?  My daughter took Lupron for 7-8 years.  It has been roughly 18 months since her last injection and she is 14 years old.  To date, she has not started her menstrual cycle.  Also, coincidentally, she has been experience a chronic pain problem (RSD) that, when it occurs in children, most often affects girls (8 times more often than boys) and girls that are in pubertal/pre-pubertal.  We go to Boston next week to Children’s Hospital for an evaluation of the RSD problem, but they were interested  in having all the details of her CAH before we came.  This is the same child I wrote about a few months ago who has been experiencing elevated levels of 17 OHP for months as well.  Any insite would be greatly appreciated.
