One one other thing from me . .

At son’s last visit, his dr. reduced his hydrocortison dose. A big part of the reason was because he had gained quite a bit of weight. He was growing much taller. (I initially thought these two were incompatible. High weight, slow growth = over suppressed. Low weight, quick growth = undersuppressed.)

His endo introduced a new way (to me) of looking at it. He said he was concerned that my son’s weight gain had accelerated his bone growth and put him at risk of early puberty.  I thought that was interesting. I never heard that logic before. (BTW - His blood levels showed slight oversuppression)

Ver maddening condition!
