Its hard to say if there will be any long term side-effects to Lupron.  They may not be known of for many years when something consistent is happening in many children that used it.  But I do also know that periods are often erratic anyway with CAH if under or overtreated--so it would be hard to determine if it were Lupron or CAH that causes that anyway.
