For me personally -  I had precocious puberty starting at an early age too. I wasn’t diagnosed yet - but I remember my mom telling me about periods at age 9 because she thought I might start any time. I didn’t. Finally at age 16 when I still hadn’t started she took me to a doctor - who put me on birth control pills to get me started. It worked - but only as long as I was taking the pills (6 months). I went back to an endo at age 19 (still no periods) and was diagnosed and put on Dex. Had a period that first month on treatment. I had all the hair issues, acne, short stature, and small breasts. So CAH definitely can cause infertility - even for late onset. Also  - eventually I had one child and never was able to get pregnant again. (I was 27) My periods go away now too if I’m not on a large enough dose of Dex.
