Susan, it would seem to me that if Kristin is currently undersuppressed due to the RSD pain issue, that could be causing her menstrual cycle delay.  Lord knows, I don’t want her on any more medication than she needs and if she doesn’t start now, I know she doesn’t mind!!!!  Of course, I am also concerned about the effects of delayed menstruation and the whole RSD thing.  Maybe is she was through this whole puberty thing it would make a difference.  It almost looks to me like a vicious cycle.  We are going to Boston Children’s Hospital on Wednesday to their pediatric pain clinic.  They were very interested in her CAH.  Unfortunately, no one down her in Richmond, VA seems to be able to (or wants to) put the whole picture together - and to date they have not been able to come up with a therapy that works.
