My 6 year old son has suddenly developed a feeling of shortness of breath.  He has swcah. He also had high blood pressure up to age 3 1/2 y/o.  He has had these symptoms for 11 days now and was hospitalized 3 days for it.  The doctors still do not know why he has this.  I am worried sick.  The pulmonologist has ruled out any lung ailments.  He also had  two episodes of vomiting last week. He denied stomach pain, had no fever or diarrhea; therefore, I don’t think it was a "stomach bug".  I called his endo and his pediatrician and they do not appear concerned.  If anyone has experienced this with either themselves or their children, please help me! 

PS.  He had an ekg, bronchoscopy, basic labwork (not adrenal stuff),  CT scan of the brain, soft tissue of the neck, chest x-ray. His endo saw him in the hospital, but did not feel it was related to his cah.
