emergency shots

In British Columbia, we are examining our teaching and instructions for emergency intramuscular glucocorticoid. It is our standard to expect families to be able to administer the short-acting injectable hydrocortisone, but we also use a long acting glucocort. Is anyone else doing this? If so, which center are you from, and which long acting glucocort do you use?
