I believe there is a link between the two.  When my daughter was oversupressed her cheeks were round and extremely red.  They are still red now but not as bad.  I have seen several articles relating topical steroid use to rosacea so why not oral steroids.  I have asked her endo about this and she too poo pooed it.,  I still believe it.  I am so glad that this problem is gone!  Julia
