Hi Susan,

About the trouble that you are having splitting the 0.5 mg pill:  Dex also comes in a 0.25 mg pill.  You can take 1-1/2 of these to get to your dose of 0.375 mg.  ( 0.25 + 0.125 = 0.375).  That way you only need to split one pill in half, rather than trying to split a pill into half, then one of the halves into uneven thirds.....yikes!  That would drive me crazy too!

P. S. So glad to hear the lower dex dose is doing wonders for you!
