Well they actually assist people in New Zealand to adopt from abroad if they want children..but the medical costs are not covered as they are in the US or UK I suppose.  Had I not accumulated five children (and single parent now too and more than I can already cope with) I would have done it myself actually. 

I just thought to post here because I know nothing of adoption processes in your country (US) and someone using the board maybe better equipped to help or contact someone about the girls or that there must be many women who have CAH themselves who cannot have children who may wish to adopt.  Who better a Mother to have than someone who knows exactly what they may be going through, have gone through and all the problems that they may or will encounter in future years?  I wonder if perhaps Isna (is it Isna?) may know of a woman or two that can help or may wish to adopt?
