In an email from Don, he stated that the nuns do speak english and they seem to do it well as I have emails from them also.  I believe that the children are familiar with English and my have a secondary language.  Either way, they have heard it spoken on and off and that should help even if it is just a little.  At there ages, kids are quick studies.(:>)

My friend (who adopted a child from Croatia) said it was relatively easy to get him to the point where he was understanding and speaking English.  At this point, he doesn’t even have a detectable accent!

I think something wonderful is about to happen!!
