6 year old daughter test results

hello, my first time posting on this board. I took my 6 year old daughter to the endo due to early growth of pubic hair. They didn’t do an acth test but they did the gnrh test. Her 17OHP is 69 ng/dL; androstenedione is 0.4 ng/mL, DHEAS<30 ug/dL, Testosterone is at <20 ng/dL and her bone age is 1 year advanced but they said that they use about 11 months standard deviation so it could be OK. The diagnosis was premature adrenarche. Given these test results, should i ask for ACTH stim test to be done? The endo seems to think that she’s fine and she just wants to follow up after 4 months. Thanks in advance for your info.
