Thank all of you for your insight and quick response.  It sounds like getting the DNA testing on Ryan as soon as the doctors feel comfortable with taking more of his blood is the best answer.  Will this DNA test be able to tell me definitely whether he has CAH and which type it is (SW,SV,non-classical)?
