I would feel more comfortable giving thr shot myself. There are special landmarks that require knowledge of anatomy. Also if they pull back the plunger and get blood; they would inject it right into her bloodstream. It must be given be given by a qualified healthcare professional! Or if you have been given special instruction by a qualified healthcare professional, then it would be o.k. My instructions are to call me first, then the ambulance. If I show up on the sceene and feel an injection is deemed neccessary, I will administer it myself. Otherwise wait until the doctor at the E.R. can do it. A med-alert braclet would be helpful as you come at your daughter with a needle in front of the paramedics on this sceen. If you let the Nursury school people do it, I assure you they will probably do it wrong. You will then be dealing with the unknown as far as was this dose effective. That’s my story and I’m stickin with it.Shelby
