Your post amused me..your little girl sounds adorable.  More the modern type of little miss anyway...and we would ALL love as women to be more practical or at least see our daughters be a little more practical...able to fix things mechanically ...so she sounds just perfect.  The times  are changing are they not?  I can see from my kids now that they encourage the boys to do Domestic Science now and it sin’t so strange for girls to do Woodwork or Metalwork as it used to be when I was at school some 25 yrs ago even.  I mean my daughter is not CAH, but she does mix and match and  even wears her dads clothes from time to time or selects clothes from the boys department and not the girls...i.e. cargo pants and jackets and t-shirts etc--because they look better and are better quality.  LOL..cheaper too by all accounts.
