My son is 3 1/2 and he has had all of his shots.  I have never stress dosed him for any of them.  His endo just said to keep an eye on him.  If he runs a fever, vomits, or becomes listless, that’s when he said to stress dose him.  If I remember correctly, he was seen more by his pediatrician than his endo at first.  He had labs often though, along with blood pressure.  He seen his pediatrician every other week.  She kept up on his condition so that I didn’t have to go to the endo.  I hope someone else can give you a better answer on the endo visits.
