My daughter (now 11), is as tough as nails. She is extremely athletic, (travel soccer, travel basketball,) and very bright. She is rarely intimidated by anything and plays with the boys more than the other girls in her class. She is accepted and respected by "the guys" and thoroughly enjoys competing with them and beating them. She has never liked dolls. Having said all that, she is not a "Tom Boy". She is very motherly with younger children and adores them. She is often a mother’s helper for my friends with babies and loves it. She sews, does cross stitch and loves to do puzzles and read books. She has friends who are girls, although they are also the ones who like sports. She likes dressing up for special events and chooses very feminine classic styles. Now developing, she is very conscience of her looks and clothes and boys . So all in all, like Minoo, I think she is a well balanced, stong-willed female. Is it due to CAH? We’ll never know. But whatever it is due too, we are thrilled. In today’s world, I’m glad she’s "tough" and hope she stays that way. Good luck.Michele
