Jaz, it sounds like your daughter is OVER suppressed.  A few years ago when the Liquid Cortef was bad many of the children on this board developed Cushing-like symptoms.  The reason was because they weren’t getting their proper doses due to the active ingredient crystalizing on the sides of the bottle.  When many ped endos switched the meds to Cortef in the pill form, the children were grossly overdosed because they were given the same dose as the liquid only the pills WERE working.

Has your daughter’s endo increased her dose lately?

The signs and symptoms of over suppression are the same as Cushings.  The good side of it is that once the dose is brought down the Cushionoid appearance should disappear.

Another possibility could be that she was having growth spurts as she began going through puberty (that is if she did/ is going through it) and now it has subsided.  This might have made her require a higher dose during that time.

Have you talked to your endo about this?  How are her levels doing?
