Hoss loss is related to the conversion of testosterone to DHT, or adrenal androgens to testosterone to DHT. DHT is one of two possible changes of state of testosterone, and the other is conversion to estrogen. Testosterone may also remains as it is.

In people with hair loss they tend to have hair follicles that are genetically predispositioned to absorbing DHT which overe time leads to thinning, and then loss. Look at your parents, how full is their head of hair?

It maybe that you have high testosterone levels due to the CAH condition. IMO see your specialist, have a blood test. Possibly the medications can be manipulated.
