Chris,

I did a search on oversuppression and a message from you popped up (I think it was in 2000 -I’m sure you remember the one don’t you LOL!)  You mentioned that you knew of a site that could figure m2, so that we could figure out and monitor her cortef dosing, do you still know of the site?

My daughter is almost 5 months old and is currently on 2.5mg 2.5mg and 1.25 mg per day.  Our endo tested her 17oH about a month ago and it came back a little elevated (I belive it was 1600 plus or minus) they then told us to triple her dosing for 3 days to "get her caught up" then to increase her dosing to the amount above wait for 7 days from the day we BEGAN the triple dosing and test her again.  We just received her tests back today, and her 17oH is 2400!  It went up!  I don’t know what to think.  Any thoughts about the increased levels?  Also does anyone else out there have a child that is taking a large dose like this?  OR is it even large?  We’re just beginning and trying to learn everything we can.

I know that the docs that we work with do their best but no one wil ltake the time that her dad and I will.

Any help/info would be appreciated.  Thanks again.
