I disagree with you.  Our daughter is on liquid hydrocortisone compounded by our pharmacy monthly and she is doing GREAT!!!  She has been on it since the liquid Cortef was recalled, almost 2 1/2 years not.  She is growing good and gaining weight on a curve and when she is sick I have doubled and tripled her dose and I can tell it worked because she would perk right up.  I think liquid hydrocortisone can be good for some CAH patients that take a small dose.  She only takes 7 mgs (3.5 ml) daily and it would be too hard to do that dividing the 5 mg pills.  I am extremely happy she is on the liquid and I would highly recommend it to anyone.  I hope this helps.
