I don’t have the white marks, but when it is very, very hot in the summer and I’m doing outside work I only sweat on my lower back....sounds like we have the same thing here.  I don’t mind not sweating very much, I just don’t like getting so hot like that. People that sweat a lot must cool off better than I do.
