re: DNA Testing necessary?

If you want to test your other children to find out if they are carriers more than likely insurance won’t cover it. We had to fight with our just to have our unborn children (twins)  tested to make sure they weren’t affected. It was such a bear!

It is something that they would want to do someday though, when they want to have children.

I believe the testing WAS $800 for the first member of the family then $600 for any additional member... even cousins, aunts etc...  your son and yourselves would need to be tested so they can locate the defective gene. If you want to chat longer feel free to email me.

I hate to run but I ’m late getting our daughter!!
