AdinaHHe uses a different brand and it looks very high tech Star Trek-ish. It has an ear probe with fancy covers in the handle of it. Can’t remember the name of it. Again, I don’t think it’s Braun’s fault as they probably didn’t make them for use in extreme climates. Remember it gets to 120 here in the summer so we can’t even put some of our Christmas decor in the attic or else it’s toast because there’s no A/C up there! We saved some emergency candles in the drawer by the stove once in case the power ever went out and they melted (like they were crooked or bent) into the liner of the drawer. It was a mess. You could never imagine the summer heat here unless you’ve lived it. Winters are pleasant though. We have to replace our car battery once a year. Thank goodness Sears and Auto Zone have them under warranty. But the heat combined with the extreme dryness has got to wreak havoc on some electronic equipment I’m thinking.
