I had preeclamsia on my first pregnancy, taken by c-section 5-1/2 weeks early.  The next 3 pregnancies, I had no problem with BP.  BTW, I have SW-CAH.  I always thought the preeclampsia was because of my CAH getting a little out of control.  CAH and preeclampsia can get very scary very fast.  I ended up with a central line, kidneys started to shut down, bunch of doctors standing around scratching their heads.  Luckily everything came out fine and we both went home after 1 week.
