My soon to be 2 year old has an ear infection, but no fever.  He also has a cold and  cough.  He is on antibiotics for the ear infection.  Should I be stress dosing him?  We always just double his doses unless he is majorly sick and it works fine.  However, I’m wondering if he is sick enough for stress dosing now.  What do you think?
