What type and how much med do you take for your LOCAH?  I took prednisone, over the years it was anywhere from 7.5 to 10mgs/day. Those Endos didn’t have to live with me or experience the side effects, so what did they care?  Now, I have another Endo and he switched me to hydrocortisone 25mgs/day. It’s much better and less harsh with less side effects. I have Simple virilizing CAH and I know it’s a partial block. It was called mild in the medical notes but yet I was blessed with extreme genital virilization but I don’t have kidney stones, my period has been regular since I was 12 and I don’t have any food intolerances. With that said,  I would be careful with anything that you do. Lessening meds without a doctors  guidance isn’t a good thing , especially WITH THE CORTISONES . Maybe, a second opinion about everything that you have would help ? Not all doctors are created equal, right ?
