Very interesting. Our endo is always bugging us to put Jackson on florinef, yet the other endo we consult with doesn’t feel he needs it because even though his renin is high normal, they believe that it is fine for a child with CAH. Hmmmm, I wonder what if any effect the licorice would have on his renin. Where do you find the real licorice? What does it taste like? Does your daughter like it?  Thanks for the info. I saved this and I’m going to ask the endo what she thinks on our next visit.
