My opinion is that your daughter isn’t just having puberty early, this is precoucious puberty. It may or may not be caused by CAH (the ACTH stim test will tell you that). My understanding is that regardless the cause, it can be stopped with medication. This is a decision you would want to make in consult with your doctors. There isn’t a right or wrong here.

By the way, having 3 people read a bone-age xray and and come as close as they did (8-10) this is fine. Bone-age is a very subjective thing and much depends upon your experinece.

I would get a new ped endo even if you have to travel to a different city to do it.
