You can have precocious puberty and not have CAH. My daughter Julia has both. My friends son has precocious puberty. We are using a monthly injection of Lupron to halt the onset of puberty until a reasonable age...maybe 12 or so. She is 10 1/2 and has been on Lupron since she was 7 (even though she was diagnosed at age 5).
