Monarch makes Anusol-HC which come as 25 mg suppositories (12 in pkg).

Depends how big they are.  25mg means x4 suppositories in an older child and also I am wondering how long they take to be absorbed and what about diahorea?  That is a symptom of adrenal crisis...these people should never have let the situation get this way.  It is not as if it’s just smarties or something.
