hehe... I lost 5 lbs in the last fortnight and now I am down to 145 lbs. Started out at over 185 lbs 3-4 months ago. My biceps have increased by 1 inch in the last four weeks and I have lost weight, so I must have upped the muscle mass and lost more than 5 lbs worth of fat that’s for sure.I’m enjoy weight lifting so much, that I will be glad when I get past cutting and can start to just concentrate on building lean mass.... BIG TIME!
