Let me know what they say when you do go. I don’t click anywhere except for my crackling in the knees sometime, and that happens like if I sit still for a long time.  Example...I was sitting for like 2 hours sorting photos for a new album and my knees were making crunchy sounds and had like little sharp pains just behind the inside side of the kneecap. Other than that, I couldn’t pop my neck like everyone else until I went to a physical therapist for a damaged neck muscle. I also learned that I can be manually stretched and ooohhhh that feels good. I also wonder if I’m missing the joint fluids that create the popping sound in the knuckles LOL.

 On another subject, I take yoga and do weight training and aerobics..got Tatyana in on it too, but you kow cause of my shoulders being able to come out of the sockets I have to be very careful how I lift weights and even do push ups. One day we were doing 5lb dumbell pushups straight up into the air and my shoulders popped out through my underarm, it happens in an istant, doesn’t hurt me. But needless to say I freaked the few people out that were looking at me at that second!Yoga has been wonderful to help strengthen areas around the joints but has also shown me how vulnerable I am to dislocating my sockets! Scary for when I am older.

 Glad you are enjoying working out...it really makes you aware of your body through and through huh?
