Glad you are enjoying working out...it really makes you aware of your body through and through huh?

Yeh, I have to admit that since I started doing that I have had a better understanding of anatomy that’s for sure.  That and what is healthy where food and eating is concerned.  I feel so much better for it actually, in fact give it a few weeks longer and I will post some before and after photo’s for you.  Looking at my bikini shots at the moment I’d have to say it is best left a little longer and until I can see a good improvement.  I have certainly grabbed other people’s attention though whilst I get my daily duties done anyway.  People seem so much more warm towards me actually and I think dropping the 40 lbs has done a big number on my self esteem.  Simply put, I feel more confident in the way I move around and do things and I am not so self conscious about how people perceive me now, as since I have been over weight for some time, I had noted this was one of the first ways being over weight affected me personally.

At first I did it with the intention of just being fitter and healthier, but now I am so hooked on the feeling that I get when other’s point out the changes that I have decided to really go for it and go to the extremes.  I think at one time I would have just stopped and been happy at just being slimmer but now I am on more of a comprehensive mission and want to make things the best they can be.  I have made a few friends toboot also in the process online.  I am currently following The Zone diet and it is about the most effective diet that I have done really.  I cannot fault it because I get a good balance of all the macronutrients and I have seen a huge improvement in my gains were mass is concerned.  That and the fat loss has been much better.  I have another ten pounds of body fat to drop and a 2 -3 more pounds of mucle to gain and I’ll have reached one goal anyway.

My knee seems better today.  Strange but whenever I stop taking my flax oil it happens.  I have forgotten to take it for the last week as I normally do so that is possibly a contributing factor there.  I find it very hard tyring to eat 5-6 times a day--that is definately something I need to actually be more serious about and improve upon.
