I have a non classical 3 year old with CAH and he too seems to have mood swings.  It seems to be really hard for him to move from one activity to another without getting very upset.  He also cries everytime a movie is over because he is so sad that it is over.  I think that these mood swings have to be related to CAH.  Thanks for this e mail discussion.  It helps me control my temper when he is acting up to remember that he is full of hormones.
