Yes, I have heard of  adrenalectomys. I have heard that they are for severe cases only. I don’t know how they determine who should and who shouldn’t get an adrenalectomy.  Actually, you may want to talk to Kelly Leight from the CARES Foundation. I believe she knows of a doctor that does adrenalectomys quite often to even NC CAH people.  I personally think it’s a bit extreme but in the right situation, I’m sure it would be helpful.
