Anne-Mariethen protein portion no larger than the size or depth of your palm and you have 5-6 meals like that per day. I take a shake for two of those meals and it is a special body building shake with citrimax in it which is a fat mobiliser. On weight training days I take the shake pre and post workout with 2000mg glutamine and 2-3 grams of creatine and 1 tablespoon of dextrose. I drink it 30 mins before doing the workout and 15 minutes after the workout and on those days I take x5 other meals. On non weight training days the shake is taken on it’s own as a meal replacement at morning tea (10am) and afternoon tea ( 3pm) and then I have x4 meals as indicated in the zone or bfl. I am never hungry...
The shakes pre and post workout are to aid in fast recovery from weight training which causes small tears in the mucles. I do that three times per week and then I rest. I work upper body, lower body, upper body. My abs are on upper body days. Next week I flip and do lb/ub/lb and so on ans so forth. So each muscle group gets 5 days and more to rest and repair. Repair = growth so it is important to not over do or over work a muscle group. It can take a while to see reuslts because when you first start there is fat in the actual muscle tissue besides your surface fat due to watsed and inactive muscle. this needs to be cleared out and you have to work at making the muscle functional where burning fat again is concerned. it can take about 2 months to start seeing results.
