re: Bone age 2yrs behind chronilogical age

Olivia’s ped endo wants her bone age to be behind her chronological age.  My understanding is that she feels that this gives some room for control and/or growth problems that may occur.  Last year at 3 1/3 years her bone age was about 3.  This is after starting with a bone age of 2 to 2 1/2 at the chronological age of 15-months.

It will be interesting to hear what other ped endos look for.

Best regards,

Janet
