I wouldn’t worry about it.  Even though both males and females produce estrogen in their adrenal glands, most of a woman’s estrogen comes from the ovaries.  The amount of excess estrogen from the adrenals is probably pretty miniscule in comparison.  I doubt that anyone has ever tried to link the excess from the adrenal glands to increased risk of breast cancer.  I think the women they talking with increased risk are post-menopausal women who have been on estrogen replacement therapy for 10-20 years.
