I am so sorry that you are all sick.  Our family went through the same thing last week.  My non-CAH 1 year old daughter was vomiting non-stop and 2 days later it hit me.  I was all prepared to have someone watch my kids so I could sleep all day when Kenny (my 3 year old SWCAH) started vomiting.  He was throwing up abput every 30 minutes and we don’t have the shot at our house because he was just diagnosed and we have been unable to fill it.  I had to bring him in but they took good care of him (and our Endo was able to find us a shot for future use).
