6mg of pred and .25mg of Dex,  She was on this dose for months. But I think the Dex may have been stronger in the beginning, I can’t remember. She was never weaned off of it though, it was an everyday dose instead of a every third day dose like most of the literature I have read on Dex dosing. She has been taken off the dex completly now, but I don’t have her script here, the CPS people (foster family) have it. Our son’s numbers weren’t as high and he was only boosted on his pred to 7.5mg a day for one week then returned to normal dosing. None of this makes any sense to me. All the symptoms and side effects my daughter has shown run along the lines of really being oversuppressed. In May her 17-OH was down to 45 and by August she was at 36. The weight was packing on rapidly, she experienced headaches, joint and muscle pain. She was always tired and weak. She was moody as all get out, and constantly tattling on her brother. She developed acne on here forehead really bad and her skin and hair were super oily all the time. I am just trying to find answers to the why part of this.
