It is not that simple, CPS does not understand the severity of their condition, nor do they seem to care. They are only concerned with convicting me for something that never occured. In addition they served my wife last night with a suit to take away the children and name the state as their managing conservator. We are living a nightmare on every front here. We have no control at this point on how the kids are handled.
