Ihave a daughter with 21hydroxylase deficiency  salt losing.They done the surgery and she knows about it.She just turned 18 she still lives with me.The last 2 years she dont want to take her med.I try to talk to her but she gets angry.Her doctor told her if she was to break a bone or get hit by a car or any thing of that nature she could go into a adrenal crisis and die.She has totaly changed the last two years she quit school stopped hanging out with friends. Sleeps alot doesnt do a whole lot of anything.She has not got sick from not taking it.But I worry.Then I some times wonder why she needs it too.I know when she does get sick and I give her the shot its amazing shes better in like a hour or so . I dont know what to do.Any ideas???She only wants it if shes sick.Would like to find someone in Kentucky or Ohio who has a daughter this age to talk to.
